T HE NUMBERS OF CIRCULATING EUSINOPHILS in mice of various strains have been found to be characteristic for the strain provided that scrupulous care is exercised to maintain constancy of conditions of observation. This paper presents data characterizing six to eight month old male mice of several inbred strains. It further describes circumstances of study in which reproducible results have been obtained.
